Account & data deletion.
You can ask FT Football, trading as FTACT, to delete your FullTeam account and the personal data connected to it. This page applies to the Android app with package name com.fullTeamLimited.FullTeam.
Three simple steps.

Email us
Send your request to info@ftact.com from the email address connected to your FullTeam account where possible.

Help us find the account
Include your name and the email address, phone number or username used in the app. Your team or club name can also help. Do not send a password.

Tell us what you need
State whether you want the account deleted, associated personal data deleted, or both. A parent or guardian should make a request relating to a child’s account.
A clear, careful process.
We will review the request and may need to confirm that it relates to the account before taking action. If we need more information, we will contact you using the details in your request.
Once a request can be processed, FTACT will delete or anonymise personal data associated with the app account where appropriate. Some information may need to be retained where there is a legal obligation or a valid reason to keep it, such as financial, fraud-prevention or dispute records. If that applies, we will explain it when responding to the request.
