Privacy policy

How FT Football, trading as FTACT, handles personal information in the FullTeam app and related club services.

Last updated: 15 September 2026

Who we are

FT Football, trading as FTACT ("FTACT", "we", "us"), is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. This policy applies to the FullTeam Android app (com.fullTeamLimited.FullTeam) and the connected FTACT club, team and ordering services.

For privacy questions or requests, email info@ftact.com.

Information we handle

The information depends on the features you use and what your club or team provides to us:

  • Account and contact details: name, email address, phone number, login details, role, club and team membership.
  • Team activity: fixtures, availability, attendance, match events, statistics, tactics, polls, awards, messages and other content you enter or share in the app.
  • Player and child information: player names, age or date of birth where needed, team membership and information provided by a parent, guardian or authorised club representative.
  • Photos and other uploads: images, club badges and files you choose to upload or share. Camera or photo-library access is used only when you choose an app feature that needs it.
  • Orders and payments: products, sizes, names or numbers used for personalisation, delivery and billing details, order history and payment status. Payment-card details are handled by our payment provider rather than stored by FTACT in the app.
  • Technical information: device and app information, security logs, error reports and information needed to keep you signed in and deliver notifications.

Some information comes from a club or team administrator, a parent or guardian, another participant using a shared team feature, or a payment or delivery provider rather than directly from you.

Why we use it

  • To create accounts, provide team and club features, show relevant fixtures and activity, and respond to support requests. We rely on the contract with you or your club, or our legitimate interest in providing and improving the service.
  • To process kit orders, take payments, arrange production and delivery, and send necessary order updates. We rely on contract performance and legal obligations for financial records.
  • To protect accounts, prevent misuse and diagnose faults. We rely on our legitimate interests in operating a secure service.
  • To send optional marketing or use non-essential tracking where offered. We ask for consent where required; you can withdraw it at any time.

Where a feature asks for sensitive information, we will explain the need for it and obtain any additional permission required. We do not use children’s personal information for targeted advertising.

Advertising cookies on the bobble-hat website

If you opt in on the public bobble-hat pages, we use Meta Pixel to measure advertising activity. Meta receives browser and device identifiers, the permitted campaign landing-page URL (including bounded campaign parameters), and generic product events such as viewing the hat, starting checkout and a verified purchase.

We do not send contact-form entries, delivery details, club or team names, badges, uploaded artwork or hat-design data in those events. You can reject advertising cookies or change your choice using the Advertising cookies control on the bobble-hat pages. This optional tracking is not used on the FullTeam app, Flow, private links or token-based pages.

Who can see information

Relevant club or team administrators and members may see information you share through team features, according to their role and the feature used. Parents or guardians may access information for a child they manage. Please consider this before posting messages, photos or other content to a team.

We share information where needed with providers that host the service, authenticate users, deliver emails or notifications, process payments, manufacture products or deliver orders. These providers receive only the information needed for their work. We may also disclose information where required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Children and young players

FullTeam supports grassroots teams that may include children. A parent, guardian or authorised club representative should manage a child’s use of the service and the information entered about them. We limit access by role and ask users to share only information needed for team activities. If you are concerned about a child’s information or want it corrected or removed, contact us at info@ftact.com.

Storage, security and retention

We use access controls and encrypted connections to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Our service providers may process information outside the UK; where they do, we use appropriate transfer safeguards where required.

We keep account and team information while it is needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymise it when it is no longer needed. Order and financial records may be kept longer to meet legal, tax, fraud-prevention or dispute requirements. The period depends on the type of record and why it is held. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data using our account and data deletion page; we will explain any information that must be retained.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your personal information, or object to certain uses. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it. These rights can have legal limits. To make a request, email info@ftact.com. We may need to verify that the request relates to you or that you are authorised to act for a child.

If you are unhappy with our response, you may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page when the app, our services or legal requirements change. The date above shows the latest version. If a change materially affects how we handle information, we will give additional notice where appropriate.
